Slow grind up days in the Market means not much volatility for short term traders to hit big runners intraday. Wednesday also has FOMC minutes at 2 PM, might bring some volatility back. Oil chart putting in a nice basing pattern so i will be watching some oil names for action. Some bio tech names like ISIS, KITE printing a bear flag in daily chart.
