Tech just can't catch any follow through. Open was faded hard led by AMZN, GOOG. QQQ 20 MA line in the sand. Big FOMC Wednesday afternoon. Could move the market either way. Nothing much bullish about tech names unless wild card FOMC reaction changes it.
