Another slow day for the indies ahead of big FOMC interest rate decision news Wednesday. The news should provide some resolution from this consolidation . Despite slow action from market, there were some nice plays, specially from long oil names Monday and short oil , long technology names Tuesday. So I’ll be watching stocks with pocket of strength.
