If not any basing over 50 MA would still be good for bulls.Good thing about Tuesday's rally was, individual growth/momentum l stocks acted far better then indices, which bodes well for bulls case. GTHX , SAIL, NTNX, PAGS,TWLO some nice runners from watch list. If market doesn't flush , seeing some nice setups emerging.
