Here is a snap-shop of the trades I've been involved in since Friday's news out of Japan. As you can tell, there are only a few swings - too much is happening overnight to overexpose when I go to bed at night.
I'm still holding 1/2 position URRE (late buy today), CAT Calls (I'm down a little here, for now, but I like the story over the next few months), MCP calls (April calls - currently negative, but hoping today's sma100 bounce proves bottom), and POT calls (April - positive here and don't plan to sell soon unless it booms).
