This is a strong development for the market considering it was the third test of support. Now we watch how SPY reacts to the 50ma, while QQQ is bouncing above that level and showing strength. It's also a positive for the market that many big tech stocks have reported strong earnings as market leaders FB, NFLX, AMZN, BABA and BIDU all have gapped up big. Oil continues to show relative strength as well, and retail is leading the market.
