While this is great for the steel sector, it caused concerns about how other countries, specifically China, will react (see video). SPY is now below the key 9ema and 50ma levels, and most stocks were down across the board. This is a good time to take a wait and see approach, even with historic March seasonality. That being said, the news was so strong for the steel sector that I added X, regardless of what the market is doing overall. Other good steel plays are AKS and STLD. TWTR also showed relative strength today, along with current position NFLX.
