Many of my favorite focus list stocks report this week and next, so all current focus list stocks are post earnigns gap ups, gap downs and leveraged ETFs. My favorite sector right now is homebuilders. Since many homebuilders report next week, I have added leveraged ETF NAIL to the focus list.I entered focus list stock BIDU off a post earnings gap down reversal setup (see video).The strategy behind the AAOI trade is to play for a push into the earning announcement. It is showing momentum post gap down, and is low float with some decent short interest. If I have a "cushion" going into the announcement, I can take half off and take a speculative shot that skews risk in my favor going into earnings.LABU is testing moving average resistance.
