SPY is holding the 9ema as we start the week looking for a move toward highs. IWM continues to lead and is near recent highs. This is a good sign for the overall market. QQQ continues to lag, testing it's 50ma. Sectors in play include XBI, USO, EWZ, SMH, RETL and XLF (biotech, oil, Brazil, China, retail and financials). Commodities, military defense and transports also show strength.
