Big news this morning as oil is gapping big on news of Saudi and Russia production cuts. We will look to take profits in our UWT position around $18 as it's up around 10% premarket. SPY pulled back on Friday closing below all time highs. The 9ema is a key level to watch. IWM continues to lag, while big tech and biotech take the lead.
