The market was volatile and tested the 9ema, and IWM continued to slide after Fed day, but is gapping up this morning. If today's gap holds it's a positive for the market and we could see a test of the highs. TSLA and FB reported after the close and both are gapping down premarket, but they are note huge gap downs at this point.
