For a month and a half now we have been waiting for a clear breakout or breakdown of key levels (highs/9ema/50dma). Friday's 2%+ breakdown of the 50 dma gave us a clear pullback/correction/selloff signal. This key breakdown was the reason I entered VXX. This both provides a hedge for longs and a potential explosive gain if the market actually does correct. Late day TSLA and AMBA shorts were directional plays based on the idea that the market is ready to correct or pullback. UCO entry was based on the pullback oil strategy discussed earlier and before indications of a bigger selloff were in. I will use a looser stop than planned on oil (see video for analysis of all entries). Added VXX, TSLA, AMBA, UCO. Exited BRZU (stop) and ACIA (profit). Still holding TWLO, BWLD and CSTE.
