Trade Report Video: https://youtu.be/SLKDOwCIvqEThe market is set to gap down this morning .5% which at this point is not significant but would get us below the 9 ema. A close down 1% and close below the 50dma, that would cause me to reassess my slightly bullish stance going into next week.Yesterday oil broke out over are targeted entry level, but I did not enter as explained in this intraday note:Energy is breaking out over our entry levels today, but this is the 4th day in a row of green which increases odds of pullback. For this reason I am hesitant to enter here and will wait to see if there is a pullback tomorrow or Monday. Obviously there is risk of missing out on the trade but I am willing to do that to get a better entry. Keep this in mind when deciding what to do with this sector. Entry today is fine just remember to allow yourself to play through a light pullback. This morning oil is gapping down 2% and now I may consider taking on a half position in oil or energy at this better valued pullback price (see video for more details).
