At some point it breaks out or breaks down and we will be ready with the same plan we have had in place. Oil is down this morning and extremely extended on the daily. At some point we will take a bounce play, but continue wait for the reversal signal.We exited EXAS yesterday as it hit our target at 17. This was a speculative earnings play. ERX is at stop levels and we will use gap down strategy before exiting (see video).Current positions: Took profits in EXAS. These stocks are extended and potential shorts, but they are not setup yet. Only enter on strong reversal signal. The setup is countertrend and many of these stocks could become long setups again.
