Indexes and Game Plan
The market showed early weakness on Friday, violating the bottom of the $208-214 range and the 200 dma before recovering and forming a hammer. This could lead to a bounce. If the 200 dma breaks, we could see a selloff and we will adjust accordingly with pair trades and possible VXX plays.
The game plan continues to focus on a select group of relative strength stocks, IPOs and earnings breakouts. We will keep an eye on commodities for a clue as to a short setup or continuation long.
