The CEO's of both Morgan Stanley and Golman both came out at the same time and warned of job cuts and recession, a day after PMI numbers and PEP job cut warnings. The market is pulling back on this news and testing supports, with breadth still positive. China remains hot, but some strong areas like solar, retail and select growth are pulling back. Remember December seasonality is in play (soft start to December with strength in mid-December followed by the Santa Claus rally). Our focus list is still made up mostly of stocks that posted strong earnings breakouts.
