Indexes and Game Plan
SPY continues the upward float past the new high breakout level. The key now is how it does when it tests this level. We have a slightly bullish bias until proven otherwise.
The gameplan is to look for solid pullback entry in Focus list stocks, commodities and earnings breakouts. Also keep an eye for the parabolic cyber security sector for bearish engulfing patterns or inverted hammers that signal a pullback. This will be a good short opportunity--though waiting for confirmation is a MUST.
We are in the midst of earnings season and will start to build an earnings breakout watch list, as we did last season.

Focus List
We are keying in on earnings breakouts near buypoints (LNKD, ORLY, BWLD, PNK, X, NANO) and commodity plays on pullback (X, OAS, UCO, DIG, WLL, GTLS, WOR, EXH).
Keep an eye on extended cybersecurity stocks for a brearish candle at the close to short off (VDSI, CYBR, FEYE, PANW).
We talked about a pair trade with oil and LUV, going long both with the idea that one will make a big run while the other will account for a small loss.
