How to trade stocksbows-opengraphTrading-Watch-List

I am going off normal format today since today was not your normal day. Our video today clocks in at 23 minutes long, which is the longest Report video I have produced. I try to the keep them in the 5-12 minute range so you can quickly get the important information you need to trade. However, today requires more discussion.

For those that don't watch the videos and only read the reviews, I recommend you watch it to better understand how to handle days like today.

http://youtu.be/dTs15tYSlIkThe game plan is to continue to tread cautiously, but unlike today, we are open to making some trades. While the indexes and most stocks recovered from the ugly gap downs, all is not clear and we still could get some mid-December chop. Chop can be aggravating because it gets you out of good trades. We are keying in on 3 biotech and 3 retail stocks, along with a few focus list regulars. All three indexes recovered nicely, though SPY is lagging IWM and QQQ. It's good to see strength in IWM as it is a good tell for momentum plays. Retail bounced nicely off the 20 dma so we will key in on those 3 retail stocks. The sector ETF also has developed a nice setup, for now holding off the short setup we talked about. For now oil and emerging markets are off our radar. Semiconductors, which have been leading the market, lagged today.IWM,SPY,QQQ,RETL,SMH,IBBFocus List for Wednesday (see video for setup details): ATRA,MDVN,ACHN,SIG,ULTA,HABT,VEEV,COUP,BABA,TSLA,MNSTOther topics in the video discussion include not succumbing to fear, gut feel, reversals, how much weight to put into pre and post market futures, textbook pullbacks to moving averages, loosening stops while still managing risk, how managed the 3 current positions, using the finviz links of the focus list while at work, volume on hammer and engulfing candles, taking positions in the focus list that I am not taking, why I haven't shorted yet and more. Market leaders that have been rolling over like BIDU, NFLX, YY, YELP and others put in nice candles but not enough volulme. TSLA is an exception. Rather than play a bounce with these, I will play strong momos for longs, and look to see if these that seem to be rolling over bounce for a good second wave short entry.Gut feel = experience + educationDo not let fear overtake you. Mr. Market preys on your fear.
