As we head in to the new year, we are at a major inflection point for this bounce. If we see confirmation of the moving average failure, I will add a short position as discussed on Thursday. If the market holds the 9ema or continues higher, I will likely add a long position from our relative strength areas like software, or a beaten down sector like oil or metals.Key leveraged ETFs include TNA/TZA, TQQQ/SQQQ, LABU/LABD, UWT, BRZU and INDL.Patience is key right now. I am content to be in cash unless we get strong signals.Trading vehicles include ETFs and big tech stocks.India and Brazil are still showing relative strength. Financials and oil are very oversold. We are sitting on a 33% gain in 2018 which is obviously crushing the market's -6% loss, giving us an alpha of 39%. We will go over the results in next week's group mentorship webinar and key takeaways from the trading year.Trade small, don't get too aggressive and stay in protection mode.Potential bounce plays: SPXL, TNA, TQQQ, SOXL, LABU, UWT, ERX, FAS, RETL, TEAM, AYX, MDB, TSLA, CYBR, NFLX, CLF, FCXPotential short plays: SPXU, TZA, SQQQ, LABD, FAZ, NVDA, FBCurrent Positions: Holding SPXL off rubber band continuation setup. Stop around $30 and target $34+.Today's video:
