SPY stochastics are sitting near oversold levels and IWM is even more beaten down. Strategy now is to be patient and sit in cash, while watching for a good bounce opportunity (strong reversal candles or remount of 9ema). I am still tracking relative strength stocks (most coming from software). Potential bounce plays will come from leveraged index ETFs like SPXL, TNA, TQQQ and SOXL, and beaten down stocks like NVDA, ULTA and X. Oil is also extremely oversold.India and Brazil are still showing relative strength. We are sitting on a 33% gain in 2018 which is obviously crushing the market's -6% loss, giving us an alpha of 39%. We will go over the results in next week's group mentorship webinar and key takeaways from the trading year.Trade small, don't get too aggressive and stay in protection mode.Potential bounce plays: SPXL, TNA, TQQQ, SOXL, ULTA, NVDA, XRelative Strength stocks: WK, TSLA, COUP, WWE, UAL, TEAM, LULU, MDB, ISRG, ORLYPotential bearish plays: SQQQ, TZA, SPXS, SOXS, FAZ, NVDA, FBCurrent Positions: Took profits in NVDA short. No current positions.Today's video:
