Some of the markets biggest declines have been in October, but overall results are slightly above break even. I am still considered about overall market breadth, as indicated by our analysis of the T2108 indicator (see video). This is not a broad based rally to highs.Thus, we head into the month and week market neutral and will adjust our overall strategy as the market reveals itself.
