We are swing a broad based rally lead by semis, tech, retail, oil, energy, commodities/metals and healtcare/devices. Many stocks are extended and it's a challenge to find stocks offering good RR (risk reward) ratios. While the market is showing strength, a SPY close below the all-time highs at $286.50 would setup a failed breakout. Keep that in mind even as we are still in bullish mode.I took profits in NFLX this morning as it hit our target range under the 50 ma. Watch for a break of this level for re-entery.
