IWM has remounted it's key 200ma and tech is strong, although we are seeing a split in tech leadership as semi-conductors take the lead while software pulls back. Oil and energy are on fire and retail and housing is picking up steam. I added housing ETF NAIL and Friday. With 4 positions I will be patient with entries.
