This could set it up for a test and remount, which would get the market out of bear market territory and back to uptrend continuation. That is my bias for the week, as I'm slightly bullish. However, we are ready for all eventualities and are ready to flip and short indexes if necessary with inverse ETFs (SPXS, TZA, SQQQ, SOXS, LABD). Our longs focus list is made up of earnings breakouts, breakdowns that have reversed and momentum stocks. Software is extended and looks ready to pullback, which could set up fresh plays later in the week.Earnings Breakout List: GS, BAC, SGMS, EBAY, XLNX, LRCX, SLM, STM, SGMS, BBBY, BA, AAPL, BABA, ANTM, RCL, MA, RACE, FB, WYNN, PAYC, SNAP, CMG, IRBTRelative strength areas include Brazil, India, software and small caps. Beaten down areas like semis, retail, housing, biotech and energy are also starting to show strong bounce potential.Key long leveraged ETFs include TQQQ, TNA, LABU, ERX, SOXL, FASFocus List Longs (besides ETFs): ISRG, SPOT, EA, FEYE, NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, BABA, NFLX, RL, VLO, CMG, ULTA, LULU, GWPH, FSLR, CSIQ, FAS, LABU, SOXLPotential short plays: SQQQ, TZA, SPXS, FAZ, LABDCurrent Positions: Still holding DECK, FB, RACE.
