We have fixed the issues with the cpu load on the site that was slowing down the chatroom. Sorry for the inconvenience I know its a big pain! But we had almost every member ask us to build a chatroom that they could use on their iphones and ipads and there really wasnt a 3rd party vendor out there that had a similiar one to the one we had. If you been on other tradign sites most chatrooms are just 1 big page of scripts with no features. So we built a fresh one! and fresh ones have bugs. they are fixed now.go to this page - https://blog.bullsonwallstreet.com/trading-floor/ and once the page is loaded that they click refresh or CTRL + F5.
