DD or Due Diligence continues to be my clarion call to all who are interested in equities of any sort, but especially is this needed with a wild beast know as the Pink Sheets or OTCBB.

These stocks are the most dangerous of them all, especially for the uninformed, fool hardy, or newbie.

What is the draw?

It is the age old appeal of easy money, the promise of a 1000% return on a small investment. (Lighting just might strike, right?)

What is the danger?

These relatively unregulated stocks are often ‘manipulated’ or ‘Pumped and Dumped’.

Any who buy them, without research and understanding, often end up being the "bag holders" of a worthless ‘investment’.

Sadly turning what was to be a great trade/investment into an expensive tuition for the school of hard knocks and empty pockets run by swindlers and charlatans.

What follows is a real life example of DDD (Deep Due Diligence) I did on Friday Nov. 7^th 2009 and updated through Nov 15^th 2009

This is a more intensive form of research used when I suspect foul play is afoot.

Please remember that this information is for educational purposes only. I am only offering my personal efforts as I educated myself with good old-fashioned elbow grease. You may find mistakes and other imperfections, but that is what DD is all about. Do not jump to conclusions, do ask many questions. The majority of this info is cut and pasted from the internet, the rest is my opinion. Make your own decisions based on your own DD.

The stock that I am focusing on is CLRH.OB because it has a similar chart to that of NXTH.OB

I started to research this stock because of it's unusual chart pattern, up everyday for over a month, no stock does that unless there is a scam involved, in my opinion.

Hypothesis: I expect that CLRH will eventually do exactly what NXTH did not too many days ago.

CLRH is following the same path as NXTH did.

The Dirt is there just under the surface.

By looking at the many filings out there I found the following wonderful factoid.

His name is Thomas J. Irvine.

So I just talked with the CEO who said he is currently in China (so he says) and he did mention it was about 5am where he was and I called at 1:04pm.

I told him I was doing preliminary research for a possible article.
He seemed surprised that I had his number.
He was very sketchy about any info and said he wanted me to send him an email with questions to be forwarded to his coordinator.
